Are there any Health problems?
They are usually very hardy and healthy dogs, however the Manchester Terrier may carry the gene for Von Willebrands Blood Disorder Type 1. This is the least effected type.
Being tested clear or carrier does not have any health impact on your Dog or Puppies. But a dog that does carry the gene should not be mated to another carrier.
Do they come in other colours?
No Manchester Terriers only come in black and tan.
Do they Bark a lot?
They only bark when necessary but as with all dogs, they should be trained at an early age to stop on command.
How big do they grow?
The male Manchester Terrier should idealy be 16 inches and the female should idealy be 15 inches, but this can vary with an inch or so either way
